Alps to Ocean Cycle Trail Annual Summit Conference 2016 - Omarama and Lake Ohau.
Lake Ohau to Omarama Cycle Trail Section - 41km.(3 hours).
Grade 2 to 3.
Approximately 40 conference participants.
I attended the A2O
Summit 2016 as a representative from the Hermitage Hotel. This consisted of
presentations & dinner on the first night, and a 41km Mountain Bike ride
from Lake Ohau to Omarama on the second day. We started the ride from Lake Ohau
Lodge, climbed up the Tarnbrae track then down to Quailburn. From Quailburn it
was all downhill back to Omarama.
