Dart River, Mt Aspiring National Park, Southern Lakes. (1 day).

I went on a famil trip on the Dart River Wilderness Jet trip in June 2017. Trip started in Queenstown with a Bus ride up to Glenorchy. Then transferred into a 4WD bus to near Mill Flat. The Bus Driver took us on a 20 minute nature walk through Beech Forest, and then we jumped into the Dart River Jet Boat. The Jet Boat took us up the Dart River, and poked into the Beans Burn. We turned around just past Chinamans Bluff, and then travelled down the Dart River to Lake Wakatipu, stopping off at the Rock Burn along the way. We got out at Glenorchy, and then jumped back into the bus for the ride back to Queenstown.
