Ruggedy Range Kiwi Tour (3 hours).
I did a Ruggedy
Range Kiwi Tour with Furhana along with 3 other of our guests, and 5 other
people.
We saw one baby kiwi scuttle off the road, and then two down in
Horseshoe Bay where we observed them for a little while.
The tour went from
9:45pm until 1am. Long night.
28th of January 2022.
Stewart Island Experience Village and Bays Tour. (1.5 hours).
In the morning I went
to the DOC Centre, and then to the Red Shed and booked in on a Village and Bays
tour
with the Stewart Island Experience. We drove through town, up to Observation Point, down to Lonnekers Bay, then out to Lee Bay
before heading back into town.
